Trevor Hull brings a vast depth of engineering experience from the oil and gas industry to the team. His fine eye for design and detail ensures the highest quality performance from the Plant and Pipeline services division. A certified Engineering Technologist, Trevor holds a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from the College of the North Atlantic and a Project Management certificate from Mount Royal University.

Merritt Ranseth joined Red Flame in 2015 with over 15 years of business development experience and oversees our Canadian Sales Operations. Merritt has a wealth of knowledge within the Canadian Oil and Gas market overseeing the management of key accounts with various Fortune 500 companies and their major capital programs. He graduated from the University of Manitoba and takes pride in his customer service skills while creating creative solutions for our clients needs.
Kal Forest, P.Eng
Kal Forest joined Red Flame in 2007 after receiving a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. As Red Flame’s Engineering Manager, Kal is committed to ensuring that we are taking strides to remain the best in our industry. This includes improving our engineering processes and documentation, and managing new R&D projects that will help to keep RFI a technological leader in the industry. Kal also individually reviews and approves the design, and engineering documentation for each hot tap project before it is executed.
Human Resources/Office Manager
With over 5 years of combined Human Resources and Recruitment experience in Oil and Gas, Nicole joined Red Flame Industries in 2016 as the Human Resources and Office Manager. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Human Resources Management through Athabasca University, with combined transfer credits from the Certificate of Management at RDC, and the Human Resources Management Program at MacEwan University.
